To the person who complained about the Taku party house, I agree that the police should do something about that house. We need to let our community know that it's not acceptable. Kids belong in school, not in a place like that.

In reference to the police blotter with the outstanding warrant for the man that was arrested at the Triangle, he was not in the Triangle at any time whatsoever that night. He was arrested on Franklin Street. We had nothing to do with him at our bar.

To the lady who was at Taco Bell at 7 p.m. on Oct. 3, you parked in a handicapped parking spot. You obviously had no right parking there.

The Floyd Dryden homework hotline never seems to work. Calling the Floyd Dryden office only gets one a runaround. I thought the school system wanted parental involvement.

It's time to put the road issue to rest.

The "vocal minority" that opposed the road has spoken up and it looks like we actually are a vocal majority.

I thought it was in very bad taste for Chapel of the Lake to have a large sign advertising their upcoming evangelical meeting at the entrance to the voting area.
