Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Drunken driving:
Police arrested Jason Archuleta, 25, on a charge of drunken driving at 12:24 a.m. Monday on outbound Egan Drive at Highland Drive. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Burglary:
State troopers took a report at 2:19 p.m. Sunday of a burglary the previous night at a residence in Angoon. The door frame was found to be in pieces and beer bottles were located inside the residence.
Theft:
A red mountain bike was reported stolen at 1:03 p.m. Sunday in the 8300 block of Old Dairy Road in the Lemon Creek area.
At 8:53 p.m. Sunday, three items of jewelry, a portable DVD player and a combination television and videocassette recorder were reported stolen in the 1500 block of Glacier Highway. The loss was listed at $1,575.
At 8:09 a.m. Monday, a black laptop computer in a black case was reported stolen sometime since Friday from a vehicle in Juneau. The computer is worth $2,050.
Vehicle rifling:
At 8:15 a.m. Monday, a woman reported her Honda Civic was rifled sometime overnight in the 2200 block of Fritz Cove Road. Nothing was reported stolen.
Disorderly conduct:
Police cited a man, 35, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 9:54 p.m. Sunday at a Jordan Creek-area convenience store.
Vehicle accidents:
At 11:21 a.m. Monday, an accident was reported at Main and Fourth streets, involving a 2001 Honda operated by a boy, 17, and a 1995 Jeep operated by a woman, 20. The Jeep reportedly was totaled. The Honda sustained an estimated $4,000 in damage. The boy driving it was cited on a charge of careless driving.
Underage drinking:
Police cited a man, 18, on an underage drinking charge at 4:16 p.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
Animal encounters:
A bear was reported at 12:43 a.m. Monday wandering around the 2100 block of Crow Hill Drive in Douglas.
