JUNEAU - David Rogers, former deputy director of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation's Division of Air and Water Quality, has joined Steigers Corp., an environmental consulting company based in Colorado.
Steigers Corp. recently opened an office in Juneau, which Rogers will direct. He also will help open and manage offices in Anchorage and Fairbanks.
Rogers, who has a law degree from Wayne Law School, has served as counsel and advisor for numerous legislative committees in Alaska since 1977. He is a past chairman and current board member of the Alaska Natural Resources Conservation and Development Board. He also has managed a private law practice in Juneau.
