Juneau Freewheelers treadwell trails race

Results from the Juneau Freewheelers Cycling Club's Treadwell Trails Mountain Bike Race held Sept. 25 on the Treadwell Historic Trails in Douglas. The course was four laps, unless noted for two riders.

Age 19-younger - 1. Riley Moser, 23 minutes, 25 seconds (age way-under-19, one lap); 2. Ryan Siverly, 36:48 (four laps, second overall); 3. Phillip Moser, 38:19; 4. Shane Rud, 40:19; 5. Travis Allensworth, 52:36.

Age 20-29 - 1. Steve Thornton, 36:33 (first place overall); 2. Jeff Donaldson, 40:32.

Age 30-39 - 1. Jim Papoi, 40:46; 2. Scott Yarnall, 58:45; DNF: Mike Baxter.

Age 40-49 - 1. Ray Dezek, 37:48; 2. Dave Ringle, 40:12; 3. Dennis Travis, 51:24; 4. Sidney Ellison, 52:51.
