Institute didn't solicit bids this year

This is to clarify an article in the Juneau Empire on Tuesday that said Sealaska Heritage Institute "received no bids" from other communities to host Celebration 2008. This was a bit misleading because it implied other communities were not interested in hosting the festival. The reason SHI received no bids was because the institute did not solicit bids from communities this year. The trustees instead opted to hold the event in Juneau. We do appreciate the coverage of Celebration by the Empire though, and we thank you for that.
