What taxes does she mean to cut?

I have two questions: 1) Unless Ms. Palin means that she will cut taxes on the cruise industry and on the mineral extraction industries, what taxes is she talking about? We don't pay income taxes. 2) Property taxes are assessed by municipalities, not by the state. How is she going to convince towns and cities to reduce their budgets?
