Indictments:

• Arley A. Dominguez, 57, was indicted by a grand jury on five counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of first-degree indecent exposure, stemming from alleged actions from 1996 through 2002.

• Jason A. Martin-Wilson, 30, was indicted by a grand jury on a third-degree assault charge, stemming from alleged actions of Sept. 26.

• Lisa M. Peterson, 43, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and two counts of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from alleged actions in August involving methamphetamine.

• Daricka J. Clark, 20, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and one count of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from alleged actions in August involving methamphetamine.

Judgments:

• Richard Brommels, 35, was found guilty of second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree forgery, stemming from actions in August and September 2004. Juneau Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks imposed nine months to serve in jail and another three months suspended for the impersonation charge and six months to serve with another 30 months suspended on the forgery charge. He also placed Brommels on probation for three years.

• Luisantonio Hernandez, 36, was found guilty of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance stemming from actions of Aug. 10 that initially led to a charge of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Juneau Superior Court Judge Patricia Collins ordered him to serve 30 days in jail and perform 100 hours of community service as a condition of a three-year probation sentence.

• Donna S. Galvin, 49, was found guilty of second-degree theft, stemming from actions of March 19. Weeks imposed six months in jail with another six months suspended.

• Larry C. Hooten, 67, was found guilty of misdemeanor driving under the influence, stemming from a May 30 incident at which his blood alcohol was measured at .101 percent. Weeks imposed three days to serve in jail with another 27 days suspended and ordered Hooten to pay $1,500 of a $10,000 fine with the rest suspended. He revoked Hooten's license for 90 days and placed him on probation for one year. At Hooten's jury trial he was acquitted of an additional misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree weapons misconduct.

• Justin L. Stone, 21, was found guilty of underage drinking, stemming from an April 28 incident, less than two months before his 21st birthday. Levy ordered him to pay $200 of a $600 fine with the rest suspended and placed him on probation for one year.

• Robert B. Kimzey, 20, was found guilty of underage drinking, stemming from an Aug. 10 incident. Levy ordered him to pay $200 of a $600 fine with the rest suspended and placed him on probation for one year.

• Evelonia A Strom, 20, of Angoon, was found guilty of underage drinking stemming from a June 4 incident. Sivertsen ordered her to pay $500 of a $1,000 fine with the rest suspended, suspended a 30-day jail sentence, ordered her to perform 96 hours of community service and placed her on probation for one year.

• Jason M. Holt, 20, of Grand Junction, Colo., was found guilty of underage drinking, stemming from an Aug. 11 incident. Sivertsen ordered him to pay $200 of a $600 fine with the rest suspended and placed him on probation until age 21.

• Crystal A. Barr, 20, of Durango, Colo., was found guilty of being at a business licensed to serve alcohol while under 21, stemming from an Aug. 20 incident. Levy fined her $100 and placed her on probation for one year. Prosecutors dismissed charges of underage drinking and having false identification.
