Animal encounters:
At about 3:05 p.m. Friday, a bear was reported in the 4100 block of Aspen Avenue.
At about 1:40 a.m. Saturday, a bear was reported in the 4500 block of Kanata Street.
Assault:
At about 3:20 a.m. Saturday, a 47-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault on Marine Way. Alcohol was involved. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Disorderly conduct:
At about 2:45 a.m. Saturday, a 22-year-old woman and 24-year-old man were arrested for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of South Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved. They were lodged at the state prison.
Driving without license:
At about 12:05 a.m. Saturday, a 29-year-old woman was cited for unlicensed driving on Glacier Highway.
Drunken driving:
At about 12:35 a.m. Friday, Ruth Rosewarne, 39, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and reckless endangerment on Douglas Highway. She was lodged at the state prison.
Minor consuming:
At about 12:20 a.m. Saturday, a 17-year-old girl was cited for underage drinking on Tongass Boulevard.
Theft:
At about 6:45 p.m. Thursday, jewelry and cash were reported stolen on Egan Drive.
At about 3:00 p.m. Friday, 100 gallons of home heating oil was reported stolen in the 5900 block of Churchill way.
At about 9:57 a.m. Saturday, a 61-year-old woman reported heating oil valued at $875 stolen from her tank in the 2500 block of Scott Avenue.
