Driving with a revoked license

• At 1:59 p.m. Monday, Yvonne Marie Dennis, 41, was cited for driving with a revoked license on Cinema Drive. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

• Monday, Michael K. Fitzpatrick, 22, was cited for driving with a revoked license at Echo Cove.

Driving without a license

• At 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, a 33-year-old man was cited for driving without a license on Egan Drive. The vehicle he was driving, a vehicle driven by a 34-year-old woman and a vehicle driven by a 48-year-old woman collided. The man was also cited for careless driving. The total damage is estimated at $2,000.

Drunken driving

• At 8:39 p.m. Monday, Colleen Bernhardt, 28, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Mendenhall Loop Road. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.


• At 1:22 p.m. Monday, Jordan Irving Parker Oldham, 18, was arrested for interfering in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue. He was taken to LCCC.

Service needed

• At 5:10 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department reported a domestic violence protective order needed to be served on a 41-year-old man.


• At 12:25 p.m. Monday, a 27-year-old man reported the theft of fuel in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard. The fuel was valued at $149.74.

• At 12:27 p.m. Monday, a 17-year-old boy was detained and released for theft of merchandise in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.


• At 6:46 p.m. Monday, a 74-year-old woman reported the windows on her vehicle broken in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue.

Warrant arrest

• At 11:41 a.m. Tuesday, Frank Harry Miller, 47, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued for failure to appear on Ferry Way. He was also cited for driving without a license, and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
