Jennifer Sarah Bleicher and Jacques Roland Thibeault were married Aug. 30, 2008, at St. Albert's Church in West Stewardstown, N.H. The reception was held at Jackson's Lodge in Canaan, Vt., where they danced all night with friends and family.
The bride is the daughter of David and Sandra Bleicher, of Juneau. A former Juneau resident and 2006 graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, she is a third mate for Polar Tankers.
The groom is the son of Jules and Jan Thibeault, of Canaan. A 2005 graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, he is a second engineer for the Marine Engineers Beneficial Association.
The bride's sister, Terra Bleicher, was the maid of honor, and her bridesmaids were college friends Annie Paskavitch and Katelyn Anthony.
The groom's college friend Dave Condon was his best man, and his groomsmen were his brothers, Justin and Jonathan Thibeault.
The couple made their home in Wasilla and plan to honeymoon in Whistler, British Columbia, this winter.
