Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested 25-year-old Jesse Parr on a charge of drunken driving at 3:01 a.m. Friday at Cope Park downtown. They also cited him on a reckless endangerment charge. Police lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• Police arrested 35-year-old Curtis McCamy on a charge of drunken driving at 2:37 a.m. Saturday in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. Police lodged him at the state prison and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• Police arrested 46-year-old John Garrison on a charge of drunken driving at 3:22 a.m. Saturday on Glacier Avenue downtown. Police lodged him at the state prison and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

Domestic violence:

• Police arrested at 43-year-old man on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 2:32 p.m. Thursday in the Douglas area. They lodged him at the state prison.

Trespassing:

• Police cited an 18-year-old man on a trespassing charge at 4:26 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of West Willoughby Avenue downtown.

Disorderly conduct:

A 23-year-old man was lodged in the state prison after being arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 1:20 a.m. Saturday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

Burglary:

• At 7:27 a.m. Friday, an unknown person reportedly gained access the previous night to a home in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area. A shelf was damaged, but nothing was reported stolen.

Shoplifting:

• At 12:14 p.m. Friday, a 16-year-old boy was cited for shoplifting in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue.

Theft:

• A cellular telephone was reported stolen at 12:14 p.m. Thursday in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway in the Mendenhall Valley.

• A 27-inch television was reported stolen at 4:40 p.m. Thursday in the 4400 block of Kanat'a Street in the valley.

• $50 cash, cigarettes, lighter and a credit card were reported stolen at 1:26 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive in the valley.

• $6.01 worth of fuel was reported stolen at 4:40 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of West 10th Street downtown.

Two tires and rims values at $1,000 were reported stolen at 9:16 a.m. Saturday off a Chevy Blazer in the 4700 block of North Douglas Highway.

Vandalism:

• A 33-year-old man reported at 7:05 p.m. Friday that a rock thrown at his moving vehicle near Third Street in Douglas caused $300 worth of damage to the window.

• A Port-A-Potty was reported to be tipped on its side at 4:25 a.m. Saturday at Rotary Park.

• At 10:13 a.m. Saturday a 60-year-old man reported a small chip to the window of his residence caused by unknown persons throwing rocks at his residence.

Vehicle accident:

• No injuries were reported in an accident at 12:49 p.m. Thursday on Glacier Avenue and 10th Street. Damage was estimated at $500 to a Ford truck driven by a 56-year-old man and $1,500 to a Mercury Sable driven by a 48-year-old woman.

• Police cited a 27-year-old man, alleging a red-light violation, after an accident at 2:50 p.m. Thursday on Mendenhall Loop Road and Egan Drive. He was driving a Ford that sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage. A Subaru driven by a 46-year-old man sustained an estimated $2,000 in damage.

• Capital City Fire and Rescue took a 50-year-old man to Bartlett Regional Hospital to be treated for minor injuries after an accident at 6 p.m. Thursday on Mendenhall Loop Road and Egan Drive, according to police, officers cited a 32-year-old man on charges of failing to stop for a steady red light, not carrying proof of insurance and driving without a license. He was driving a Ford van that allegedly hit a 1984 Ford Bronco that was attempting to turn with a green arrow. The Bronco was driven by the 50-year-old man.

• No injuries were reported in an accident at 12:42 p.m. Friday on Glacier Avenue. Damage was estimated at $200 to a Honda driven by a 53-year-old woman when it was rear-ended by a Ford driven by a 19-year-old man.

• Police reported at 12:46 p.m. Friday that a parked Volkswagen was struck by a Chevy.

• Total damage was estimated at $3,500 after it was reported at 8:33 p.m. that a Volkswagen Jetta driven by a 16-year-old girl struck a Toyota truck driven by a 17-year-old boy in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard in the valley.

• Police reported at 1:38 a.m. Saturday that a parked Dodge Caravan was struck by a Ford Sedan.

Animal encounters:

• An aggressive bear was reported at 8:15 a.m. Friday in the Lemon Creek area. Police responded to the 1600 block of Renninger Street to ensure the safety of children waiting for a school bus.
