Naturalist Scott Shupe from the Kentucky Reptile Zoo and the Natural History Educational Company is touring schools and libraries with his live reptiles and will make a stop in Alaska's capital city.
Shupe will hold a program with live reptiles at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19, at the Douglas public library. He will also tour several schools in town on Monday and Tuesday.
The 40-minute program combines exciting entertainment with education by one of the nation's leading naturalists.
