Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Drunken driving:
Police arrested Juneau resident Ryan Dabney, 24, on charges alleging drunken driving at 9:09 p.m. Wednesday at the retaining wall on outbound Egan Drive. Police lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Police arrested Anchorage resident Larry Brown, 33, on charges alleging drunken driving, reckless endangerment and driving without a license. Police lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Vehicle accidents:
Police reported minimal damage to two vehicles involved in an accident at 12:37 p.m. Wednesday on Egan Drive and Salmon Creek. An unidentified vehicle driven by a 17-year-old girl reportedly rear-ended a Honda Civic driven by a 17-year-old girl.
A 1985 Toyota truck reportedly backed into a 2002 Honda Civic at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway. Police reported damage to both vehicles was minor.
A 66-year-old bicyclist was not injured when he was struck by a car while riding a bike at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday on Glacier Highway at the Brotherhood Bridge in the Mendenhall Valley.
Traffic stops:
Police cited a 22-year-old man at 9:55 p.m. Wednesday, alleging he was driving without a valid operator's license on West Willoughby Avenue. Police released the man and ensured the vehicle was under the control of a licensed driver.
Police cited a 17-year-old boy at 10:21 p.m. Wednesday, alleging he was driving without a valid operator's license in the Mendenhall Valley area. Police release the driver and ensured the vehicle was under the control of a licensed driver.
Theft:
Police charged a 41-year-old man with theft after initially arresting him on a criminal trespass charge at 1:25 a.m. Thursday near Glacier Highway.
At 9:20 a.m. Thursday, a man reported that a black canvas bag containing miscellaneous tools valued at about $350 was taken the previous night from a car left unlocked near Lund Street in the Lemon Creek area.
Hit and run:
At 5:24 p.m. Wednesday, a man reported his 2002 Dodge truck had been damaged by an unknown vehicle during the weekend somewhere in the Juneau area. No damage estimate was available.
Vandalism:
At 12:18 p.m. Wednesday, a man reported the windshield of his Dodge truck had been broken out at F Street and Goldbelt Avenue. Damage was estimated at $500.
At 9:40 a.m. Thursday, a woman reported a window of a Glacier Highway residence had apparently been shot out the night before. No damage estimate was available.
A man reported someone threw a rock at the windshield of his Dodge Caravan at 10:40 a.m. Thursday on Glacier Avenue. Damage was estimated at $500.
At 11:10 a.m. Thursday, a man reported someone scratched his 2001 Subaru with a key earlier in the day on Glacier Avenue.
