Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Sept. 28, 2008, a daughter, Kore Aliyah Gaines, weighing 7 pounds, 3 ounces, to Haley Elizabeth and Keaton Wayne Gaines, of Juneau.

• On Sept. 30, 2008, a son, Willie Sebastian Perry, weighing 7 pounds, 15 ounces, to Kimberly Ann Osterhout and Willie Perry, of Juneau.

• On Oct. 2, 2008, a daughter, Abigail Rose Cook, weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces, to Carrie Lynn and Shawn Michael Cook, of Juneau.

• On Oct. 6, 2008, a son, Kevin Lewis Brooks, weighing 9 pounds, 13 ounces, to Marci Kay and Murphy Lewis Brooks, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Christine McQuitty, 57, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 24, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .270. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, fined McQuitty $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.

• Jessie Russell, 32, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 9, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Superior Court Judge Philip M. Pallenberg imposed 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended, fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked Russell's license for 90 days and put Russell on probation for five years.

• Margo L. Brown, 40, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 18, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .132. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Brown $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Nicholas E. Storey, 20, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 27, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .164. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Storey $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Ryan Hamley, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Sept. 18, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .151. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Hamley $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:
