Proposition 2 got the end it deserved

And so Proposition 2 got the end it deserved, born out of arrogance and embraced by the always-say-yes majority of the City Assembly. But the voters saw through a half-baked idea made worse by the vague wrapping provided by the assembly. Together they unwittingly buried the idea of any second crossing for some time to come. Good for them.
