Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Driving while intoxicated:
Anthony Haube, 30, was arrested for drunken driving at 10:20 p.m. Thursday near Third Street and Main Street. He also was charged with driving without a valid license. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Teresa Lynne Russi, 41, was arrested for drunken driving at 1:42 a.m. today near Forest Lane. She was lodged at the state prison.
Thefts:
A gas tank was reported stolen at 7:49 a.m. Thursday from a 1987 Ford truck parked near Fourth Street.
A PlayStation 2, valued at $200, was reported stolen at 3:08 p.m. Thursday from a truck parked near Bresee Street.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
Damage to the windows of a Acura Integra was reported at 9:55 a.m. Thursday from Glacier Highway. Food also was left on the vehicle. Police believe alcohol was a factor in this incident.
Vehicle accidents:
A 17-year-old motorist was cited for careless driving at 1:23 p.m. Thursday near inbound Egan Drive and Sunny Point following a single-vehicle accident. The boy lost control of his vehicle, which flipped and crashed into a fenced area near Sunny Point. No injuries were reported.
Animal encounters:
Bears were reported Thursday at 9:38 a.m. near Airport Boulevard and Old Dairy Road and 6:33 p.m. near South Franklin Street.
A bear was reported today at 6:39 a.m. near Radcliffe Road.
