... for all the help.
This memorandum is to notify everyone that funded reconstruction improvements to the Hank Harmon Rifle Range have been completed.
Phase 1 reconstruction improvement, which was sponsored by Phil Godfrey of Red Sam Construction, included the placement of approximately 20,000 cubic yards of soil and the installation of 17,000 square yards of fabric and of approximately 452 lineal feet of drainage pipe, the barriers and the site seeding.
We thank Phil Godfrey, Kevin Morrison of Emerald Development (Godfrey's agent) and Gene Cheeseman of Channel Construction, the earthwork and drainage contractor.
Phase 2 work included chip-seal pavement on the rifle range parking lot by the Department of Transportation maintenance personnel. This phase was granted by the city's Parks and Recreation Department and the Streets Division of the Public Works Department in conjunction with the paving of Montana Creek Road.
The Hank Harmon Rifle Range board of directors extends a special thanks to Phil Godfrey of Red Sam Construction; Kim Kiefer and Brent Fischer of the Parks and Recreation Department; Mike Scott of CBJ Streets; Gary Hayden and Kirby Wright of the Alaska Department of Transportation Southeast Region and their pavement maintenance crew and former Deputy Commissioner Boyd J. "Bo" Brownfield of the Alaska Department of Transportation Headquarters Division.

...for your support.
To all the folks who attended or donated to the Dave Bartlett Benefit, thank you so much for your support and friendship. Your generous contributions have made a difficult time in my life much easier. The experience reinforced that which I have always felt, that Juneau is an amazing community and one that I am fortunate to be a part of. A special thanks to Tonya Moser, Molly Box and especially Sara Trent for making this wonderful event happen.
