AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - Richard Hamilton scored 17 points in his home debut and Chucky Atkins added 18 points in the Detroit Pistons' 85-80 exhibition victory over Cleveland on Thursday night.
Ben Wallace had 15 rebounds for Detroit (2-0).
Darius Miles had 19 points for Cleveland (0-2), and Zydrunas Ilgauskas added 18 points and 10 rebounds.
The biggest cheer of the night came for Turkish rookie Mehmet Okur, who blocked a Miles' dunk attempt at one end of the floor, then dunked shortly afterward on the other end.
Juneau-Douglas High School alum Carlos Boozer Jr., Cleveland's top second-round pick, played 21 minutes and had two points on 1-for-2 shooting from the field. Boozer also had eight rebounds - two of them offensive - and two steals.
