Emma Lynn Cryan, of Juneau, and Tharon Edwin House, of Atlanta, Ga., were married Aug. 29, 2009, at Adlersheim Wilderness Lodge in Juneau, with a reception that followed. A Georgia reception was held at the groom's parents home on Sept. 12.
The bride is the daughter of Ian and Linda Cryan. She is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School and the University of Hawaii. She is an assistant for Georgia State University.
The groom is the son of Steve and Laura House. He is a graduate of Eagle's Landing High School. He is a supervisor with American Insulated Glass.
Danielle Kuaana, of Hawaii, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaid was the bride's sister, Louisa Hayes. Neeva Cole was the flower girl.
Steve House, father of the groom was best man. Groomsman was Tommy Wells, brother in law of the groom. Spencer Sewill was the ring bearer.
Out-of-town guests from Georgia included Steve and Laura House, Tommy and Alden Wells, Tammy and Steve Jones, and Cathy and Bobby Jones. Several other friends and family traveled to Juneau and Georgia to celebrate their marriage.
The couple honeymooned in San Francisco and will make their home in Atlanta.
