The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Charles L. Compton, 29, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 13, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Compton $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Michael S. Denny, 39, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 26, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Denny $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for three years.

• Casey R. Muir, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 27, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .204 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Muir $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Alexander J. White, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Sept. 26, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .172 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined White $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
