Glad drill coaches are back

This year at Juneau Douglas High School we have had many problems with getting things started. Once drill team tryout dates were posted you could tell that there were many girls who were truly interested in trying out and I could tell that we would have a devoted team this year. Once I heard about the cancellation of tryouts it did hurt to know that my last year of high school that I wouldn't be doing something that I have had fun doing for the past two years. Coming back to go for my third year on the team has been a solid plan on my list while attending the high school.

Now that tryouts are back and we have our coaches I hope that all those girls that were interested in trying out before come to the tryouts so that the team we all want is put together. I'm glad that those coaches that all of us have grown to love decide not to give up on us and come back to make this year another one of the best that we all know that we can make it, with a lot of teamwork and loads of funk.
