ANCHORAGE - An underwater earthquake with a 6.2 magnitude has struck off the Alaska coast, but the U.S. Geological Survey said no damages or injuries have been reported.
According to the USGS, the earthquake happened at 9:37 p.m. Monday. It was centered 57 miles from Unalaska, a small town of several thousand people in the Aleutian Islands.
