Traffic accidents:

Sound off on the important issues at

• At 12:03 p.m., a 2004 Chevrolet driven by a 48-year-old woman struck a 2003 Toyota driven by a 45-year-old-man in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. The Chevrolet sustained about $2,000 damage, and the Toyota sustained about $2,500 in damage.

• At 1:36 p.m., a 1980 Chevrolet driven by a 17-year-old man struck a 2007 Jeep driven by a 24-year-old woman on Riverside Drive. The Chevrolet sustained $3,000 damage, and the Jeep sustained $2,000 in damage.

Traffic stops:

• An 18-year-old woman was cited and released for driving without a license on Egan Drive at 7:29 p.m. The car she was driving was impounded.

• A 14-year-old girl was cited and released for driving without a license at 4:16 a.m. on Mendenhall Loop Road. The car she was driving was impounded.

Theft:

• A 21-year-old man reported at 9:23 a.m. that his 2000 Jeep Cherokee had been rifled in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue. About $20 in change was reported stolen.

Vandalism:

• At 9:57 p.m., a 63-year-old man reported the windows of a dump truck had been vandalized in the 4500 block of Kanat'a Street. No damage estimate was available.

Drinking and driving:

• At 12:35 a.m., a 20-year-old man was cited and released for misconduct involving a controlled substance and for driving while intoxicated in the 2800 block of Marsha Avenue. The car he was driving was impounded.
