Second Stage show opens Oct. 15

Perseverance Theatre will open its Second Stage season with Carlos Murillo's "Dark Play or Stories for Boys" on Oct. 15.

Just published in 2007, this play explores the Internet world created by one boy and the disastrous consequences that arise when his chat room and the real world collide. "Dark Play" is a tale of growing up, deception, fluid personality and sexual license in the Internet age.

Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 15-18 and Oct. 22-24, at Perseverance's Phoenix space.

All performances are pay as you can.
