ANCHORAGE - The Anchorage School District says free swine flu vaccinations will only be available to students who have a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian.

All principals received permission slips Wednesday to distribute to students in advance of planned mass vaccination clinics. The slips are available in English, Spanish, Tagalog, Hmong, Samoan and Russian.

The vaccinations should begin early next month.
