Most people start looking for a new job when their needs aren't being met at work, a recent survey by the Hudson Employment Index found. According to the survey, employees place heavy emphasis on advancement opportunities, their relationship with the manager, and ongoing training, and only 25 percent of workers would not consider changing their jobs. This leaves employers at a risk of losing three-quarters of their workforce at any given moment.
