If you're working for a temporary agency, don't be afraid to include it in your resume. "Use a lead paragraph that quickly summarizes for the reader your lead responsibilities with the agency during one set of dates, and give yourself a title, like customer service representative or administrative assistant," says Louise Garver, a career coach based in Enfield, Conn. "Then, in the body of the description, you can address some of the different employers you've had and, similar to the rest of your resume, some of your best accomplishments in bullets. This way, you highlight the best of your skills."
