Dock representative of the season

Schoenfeld spent the season as customer service supervisor for Alaska Travel Adventures in Juneau. She oversaw ATA's dock representatives, who greet cruise-ship passengers, help them connect with their tours and provide other dockside passenger services. She is a political science major at the University of Washington in Seattle. The awards were part of Princess' annual C.R.U.I.S.E. service awards, which celebrate passenger choices for the best shore excursion experiences in Alaska and the Northwest ports Princess ships visit during the summer. Other Juneau award winners were: ERA Helicopters' co-shore excursions glacier and dog sled adventure; Gastineau Guiding Co.'s photo safari by land and sea; Allen Marine Tours' whale watching and wildlife quest; Abbie West, from TEMSCO and Gold Rush Tours; and Matt Kern, from Alaska Canopy Adventures. Other Southeast winners were named in Ketchikan, Sitka and Skagway.
