Missing TOE
I am missing the social and political commentary cartoons of TOE. I have not seen TOE's work in the Empire in the last several weeks. I was so proud to have impressive local talent in Juneau's newspaper. I know TOE sometimes offended and oftentimes hit the nail on the head. That is the way with political cartoons, so I assume there was no controversy that caused TOE to quietly disappear, since controversy is what makes a political cartoonist great. Can we have TOE back?

(TOE 'toons lapsed due to a combination of factors that ranged from re-establishing the ground rules to a misunderstanding caused when one cartoon was dropped for space considerations and I failed to provide a timely explanation.
