• Sam M. Kokotovitch, 27, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of July 27. The original charge was third-degree assault, a felony.

Superior Court Judge Patricia Collins sentenced him to 12 months in jail with seven months suspended; to enroll in, pay for and complete, the Juneau Alcohol Safety Action Program; pay restitution of $1,498; and three years of probation with the standard conditions of release, which include committing no crimes, violating no laws, completing the sentence, and paying a surcharge and the cost of incarceration. He also is prohibited from consuming alcohol and going where it is sold or served and must attend anger management classes with Tongass Community Counseling.

He also was found guilty of driving with a suspended, revoked or canceled license stemming from an offense of July 12. Collins sentenced him to 10 days in jail, a $50 surcharge and a 90-day driver's license revocation.

He also was found guilty of violating the conditions of his probation, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of July 15. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and placed on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

A charge of violating the conditions of his release, a misdemeanor stemming from an incident of July 27, was dismissed.

• Jerri E. Dunayski, 25, was found guilty of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony, stemming from an offense of Aug. 15. A second charge of third-degree misconduct was dismissed. Collins sentenced her to six months in jail and a $100 surcharge.

• Delbert A. Brewerm, 32, was found guilty of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of Feb. 8. His blood alcohol level at the time of the offense was 0.247 percent. It is illegal to drive with a blood alcohol level of more than 0.08 percent.

Magistrate John Sivertsen sentenced him to pay a fine of $750 with $500 suspended, 70 days in jail with 50 days suspended, a one-year driver's license revocation, JASAP, and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release. He also is prohibited from drinking alcohol and going where it is sold or served.

A charge of driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license stemming from an offense of Feb. 8, was dismissed.

• Christopher A. Boone, 23, was found guilty of violating the conditions of his probation stemming from an offense of June 11. Judge Peter Froehlich sentenced him to pay a fine of $500 with $500 suspended, 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended, JASAP, and placed him on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

• Kirk P. Perisich, 27, was found guilty of sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of May 17. Froehlich fined him $200 with $150 suspended and placed him on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

A charge of sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, stemming from an incident of June 5 was dismissed.

• A charge against Edwin G. Ruby, 65, of open lewdness, a misdemeanor, stemming from May 23, was dismissed.

• Stacie M. Wolfe, 20, was found guilty in Hoonah District Court of drunken driving stemming from an offense of July 14. Magistrate Joyce Skaflestad sentenced her to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and a $1,500 fine and placed her on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

• Michael S. Elliot, 54, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an offense of June 13, 2001 in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced him to pay a fine of $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, 365 days in jail with 125 days suspended, revoked his driver's license for five years, and placed him on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

He also was found guilty of failure to appear in court, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of June 13, 2001. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 30 days suspended, $1,644. 23 restitution to the Hoonah court and placed him on probation for one year.

Charges of refusal to submit to a chemical breath test, driving with a suspended, revoked or canceled license, failure to appear in court and violating the conditions of release were dismissed.

• Geramie S. Garrison, 23, was found guilty of drunken driving, stemming from an offense of July 14 in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced him to pay a fine of $1,500, 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended a 90-day driver's license revocation and placed him on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

• Lisa M. Roland, 19, was found guilty of minor consuming-habitual offender stemming from an offense of July 21 in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced her to pay a $500 fine with $500 suspended, 60 days in jail with 30 days suspended and placed her on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release. She also is prohibited from drinking alcohol and going where it is sold or served and complete 25 hours of community work service.

• Everett J. Glover, 35, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of May 29, in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced him to 20 days in jail.

• Suzanne M. Lindoff, 16, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an offense of Aug. 4 in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced her to pay a fine of $1,500, 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, a 90-day driver's license revocation and placed her on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

• George P. Dalton, 30, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of May 28 in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced him to pay a fine of $1,500 with $1,200 suspended, 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended, 40 hours of community work service, and placed him on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

• Everett J. Glover, 35, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of July 14 in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced him to 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended, and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

He also was found guilty of sixth-degree misconduct with a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of July 14. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

• Johanna Dybdahl, 45, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an offense of March 26. Skaflestad sentenced her to a $1,500 fine with $900 suspended, 70 days in jail with 50 days suspended, alcohol counseling, a one-year driver's license revocation, and placed her on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

• Fredrick L. Stevenson, 46, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an offense of June 26 in Hoonah. Skaflestad sentenced him to pay a $500 fine with $500 suspended, 50 days in jail with 30 days suspended, alcohol counseling, and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

• Sasha H. George, 21, was found guilty of sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance stemming from an offense of Aug. 8. Sivertsen sentenced him to two days in jail.

• Edward A. Shauwecker, 37, was found guilty of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony, stemming from an offense of Feb. 7. Collins sentenced him to nine months in jail with nine months suspended and placed him on probation for one year with the standard conditions of release.

A charge of sixth-degree misconduct stemming from an incident of Feb. 7 was dismissed.

• Shane D. Newitt of Pueblo, Colo., 34, was found guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of Aug. 4. Another charge of misdemeanor criminal trespass was dismissed. District Court Judge Peter Froehlich sentenced him to one year of probation and a $250 fine with the standard conditions of release, which include committing no crimes, violating no laws, complying with the sentence and paying a surcharge.

• Danine K. Ross of Wasilla, 38, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from an offense of June 24, 1998. Froehlich sentenced her to 20 days in jail and ordered her to pay a surcharge with standard conditions of release. She may satisfy jail time with in-patient treatment.

• Kirk A. Burns of Juneau, 33, was found guilty of violating a domestic violence order, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense June 3.

A charge of domestic violence assault, a misdemeanor, was dismissed.

Froehlich sentenced him to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, a fine of $1,000 with $800 suspended and two years probation with the standard conditions of release. He also was ordered to enroll at the Tongass Community Counseling Center, complete classes at the Childcare and Family Resource Center and pay an incarceration fee.

• Anthony S. Wilson of Haines, 20, was found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense June 13. The original charge was second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, a felony.

Collins sentenced him two years probation with the standard conditions of release. He was ordered to complete psychological-sex offender counseling through TCCC.

• Jonathan W. Collard of Juneau, 27, was found guilty of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of June 30. His blood alcohol level at the time of arrest was 0.131 percent.

Froehlich sentenced him to 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, a fine of $1,000 with $500 suspended, a one-year driver's license revocation and two years of probation with the standard conditions of release. He much also enroll, pay for and complete the Juneau Alcohol Safety Action Program and any treatment recommended.

He also was found guilty of driving with an illegal license, a misdemeanor.

Froehlich sentenced him to pay a $200 fine with $100 suspended, serve 10 days with 10 days suspended and a 90-day concurrent driver's license revocation. He was sentenced to a total of 20 days in jail.

An additional count of drunken driving and three counts of reckless endangerment, all misdemeanors, were dismissed.
