Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Theft:
At 12:35 p.m. Saturday, a woman, 27, reported her blue Ford Focus was stolen somewhere in Juneau.
Minor consuming:
A Hoonah boy, 17, was arrested for misconduct involving a controlled substance at 9:27 p.m. Saturday near Willoughby Avenue. He was lodged at Johnson Youth Center.
Domestic dispute:
A woman, 37, was arrested for domestic violence assault at 9:43 p.m. Saturday near West 12th Street. She was additionally charged with disorderly conduct and lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Vandalism:
At 10:05 p.m. Saturday, a man, 50, reported a Tevlar covering was cut near Riverside Drive. The incident caused $200 in damage.
At 11:02 a.m. Sunday, a woman, 53, reported her residence, near Douglas Highway, was covered in toilet paper. No damage was reported.
Vehicle accident:
At 10:13 p.m. Saturday, police were notified that a 1991 Mercury had struck a bear near Mendenhall Loop Road.
No injuries were reported after a 1995 Toyota, driven by a 41-year-old woman, rolled over at 8:56 a.m. Sunday on an icy patch of North Douglas Highway. The car, however, was totaled.
Bear complaints:
A bear was reported digging through trash at 12:14 a.m. Sunday near Kelley Court. The caller agreed to better secure the trash.
A bear reportedly ripped open a secured garbage container at 3:49 a.m. Sunday near Fifth Street.
