Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Vandalism:

• A 43-year-old female reported 11:24 a.m. Tuesday that a window in her 1990 Buick on the 400 block of Fifth Avenue had been broken. Replacement value was estimated at $1,300.

Theft:

• A 55-year-old female reported 12:39 p.m. Tuesday that her 2001 Honda on the 9300 block of La Perouse Avenue had been broken into and stereo equipment had been stolen. No loss estimate was given.

Assault:

• A 31-year-old man was arrested 2:03 a.m. Tuesday on the 9200 block of James Boulevard for assault. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
