Concerning the cascade of letters to the Empire kicked off by Dale Anderson's My Turn column: In the end, it was Dale's voice that stood above the fray. The Assembly needs to rethink major expenditures for land while at the same time it pursues policies that keep land for home building and development off the market. This is the kind of thing that fuels the Capital movers and puts off our neighbors in Southeast. Thanks to Dale Anderson for speaking out. It's refreshing to have a plain talker on the Assembly!
