Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Underage drinking:

• Two 18-year-old girls were cited for underage drinking at 2:53 a.m. Wednesday at Skaters Cabin in the Mendenhall Valley.

Driving without a license:

• A 23-year-old man was cited for driving without a license at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday at Tongass Boulevard and Hayes Way. Police impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• A 25-year-old woman was cited for driving without a license at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday on Trinity Drive. Police impounded the vehicle she was driving.

• A 50-year-old woman was cited for driving without a license at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday at Lawson Creek on Douglas Highway. Police impounded the vehicle she was driving.

• A 46-year-old woman was cited for driving without a license at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday in the 9200 block of Glacier Highway. Police impounded the vehicle she was driving.

Vehicle accident:

• A 1994 Ford caused minor damage to a 2003 Nissan during a vehicle accident at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue.

• A 16-year-old boy was cited for failure to exercise due care at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday after the 1998 Dodge he was driving went into a ditch at Egan Drive and Mendenhall Loop Road.

• A 56-year-old man was cited for negligent driving at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday after the 1984 GMC he was driving totaled a 1987 Toyota driven by a 17-year-old on Egan Drive and Old Dairy Road.

Theft:

• A $220 Nokia cell phone was reported stolen at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 2:21 p.m. Tuesday a 28-year-old man reported four DVDs valued at $65 were stolen earlier this month in the 2200 block of Crow Hill Drive.

• A 30-year-old woman reported at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday that a wallet was stolen from her unlocked vehicle in the 8600 block of Teal Street.

• A black shoulder bag with a wallet, cash and passport was reported stolen at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday from a vehicle in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue.

Vandalism:

• A 43-year-old woman reported a window broken from her 1990 Buick at 11:24 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Fifth Street downtown.

• A 25-year-old man reported at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday that his 1997 Volkswagen was entered and a $200 Sony car stereo was stolen and the vehicle's console was damaged in the 5300 block of Commercial Boulevard.

• A 47-year-old woman reported at 9:47 a.m. Wednesday that a tire on her 1990 Toyota had been slashed in the 9300 block of La Perouse Avenue.
