Traffic accidents:

Sound off on the important issues at

• At 1:36 p.m., a 90-year-old man reported damages of $3,000-$4,000 to his 2002 Chrysler following an accident involving a truck on Glacier Highway.

• At 8:07 a.m., a 1994 Toyota driven by a 44-year-old woman was struck by a 2002 truck driven by a 53-year-old man. No estimate of damages was available.

• At 8:32 a.m., a mailbox, a fence and a city street sign were reported damaged by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run in the 3000 block of Wood Duck Avenue. Damage was estimated at $300.

• At 9:07 a.m., a 1993 Infinity driven by a 70-year-old man was struck by a vehicle driven by a 64-year-old woman in the 200 block of Franklin Street. No estimate of damages was available.

Minors consuming:

• Two 18-year-old men and a 17-year-old man were cited for underage drinking at 9:36 p.m on Willoughby Avenue.

Drunken driving:

• Ashley Leiv Likins, 31, was arrested for driving under the influence at 3:58 a.m. in the 8000 block of Glacier Highway. She was transported to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and her vehicle was impounded.

Bear complaint:

• A bear was reported in the 4300 block of Taku Boulevard at 12:13 p.m.

Failure to register:

• At 2:11 p.m., a 29-year-old Juneau man was charged with failing to file a written notice of a change of address as a sex offender.

Domestic violence:

• A 16 year-old Gustavus boy reported at 5:33 p.m. that he had been assaulted by his mother's boyfriend, a 54-year-old Gustavus man. The case is under investigation.
