Thefts:
The theft of a gray inflatable raft, 5-horsepower motor and five survival suits was reported at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday at Dawson Place.
Police received a report Wednesday morning that four Cooper Discover tires on silver rims were stolen in the last two weeks near Mendenhall Loop Road.
A girl, 15, was arrested for first-degree vehicle theft and driving without a valid license at 6:04 p.m. Wednesday on Trappers Lane.
A mountain bike was stolen several months ago from Riverside Drive, according to report made Wednesday night.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
A window was reported broken at a home on Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek at 7:54 a.m. Wednesday. A damage estimate wasn't available.
An unknown person threw a rock through the rear window of a blue 1993 Chevy pickup on Mendenhall Loop Road on Wednesday night. A damage estimate wasn't available.
Animal encounters:
A bear was reported accessing secured garbage and frequenting the Thane area at 9:31 a.m. Wednesday. Police also received a report of a bear at 7 mile Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area at 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Other:
A woman, 42, was cited and released for driving with a license that was revoked or suspended at 8:33 a.m. Wednesday at Belardi Drive. Her vehicle was impounded.
A black leather day planner was lost at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday on Egan Drive outbound and Channel Drive.
