Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police arrested Scott Clafflin, 35, at 12:01 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of Whittier Street downtown on a felony drunken-driving charge. They also charged him with refusing a chemical test. Officers lodged Clafflin at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
Police arrested Mark T. Hummel, 44, of Washington state at 9 p.m. Friday near the ferry terminal on charges of drunken driving, driving with a blood alcohol level over .08, driving with a revoked license and reckless endangerment. He was lodged at the state prison.
Police arrested Enchari Rivadeneira, 21, at 3:30 a.m. Saturday near Harbor Way on a charge of drunken driving. She was lodged at the state prison and her vehicle was impounded.
At 12:14 p.m. Thursday, a set of keys was reported stolen out of a door in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway near the airport. The key ring had a dog-paw bottle opener and a purple cloth swatch.
A lockbox containing an unknown amount of cash was reported and miscellaneous identification was reported stolen at 8:36 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Behrends Avenue downtown.
At 7 a.m. Saturday near Willoughby Avenue a man, 49, from Kodiak was arrested on a shoplifting charge and lodged at the state prison.
At 5:19 p.m. Thursday, a window at a residence in the 8900 block of Birch Lane in the Mendenhall Valley was reported vandalized sometime the previous night.
At 6:59 p.m. Thursday, a Chevrolet truck reportedly rolled into a Chevrolet Cavalier in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue downtown. Minor damage was reported.
At 5 a.m. Saturday near the Douglas Bridge a 2004 Jeep, driven by a woman, 49, struck the guardrail after hitting a patch of ice. It caused about $5,000 worth of damage.
At 6 a.m. Saturday near 5 Mile North Douglas Highway a man, 61, reported a 1993 Honda Civic upside down in a ditch.
Police arrested a woman, 48, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 6:44 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of North Franklin Street. They lodged her at the state prison.
Police cited a woman, 21, on a charge of driving with a revoked license at 12:15 a.m. Friday on outbound Egan Drive at Norway Point. They also arrested her on three warrants - two charging she didn't show up as a defendant in court hearings and the other charging she didn't show up when called for jury selection. Police lodged her at the state prison.
Police arrested at 9:50 p.m. Friday near South Franklin Street a man, 31, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was lodged at the state prison.
