• At about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, a 55-year-old man was arrested on a charge of violating a restraining order in the 3100 block of Wilma Avenue. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving without license:

• At about 11 p.m. Tuesday, a 30-year-old woman was cited for unlicensed driving on Douglas Highway.

Hit and run:

• At about 4:05 p.m. Tuesday, a green Subaru Legacy was reported struck by a black Dodge Dakota on Mendenhall Road.

Theft:

• At about 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, a Mongoose bicycle was reported stolen in the 2700 block of David Street.

Trespassing:

• At about 12 a.m. Wednesday, a 36-year-old man was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing on Third Street. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the state prison.
