• On Oct. 13, 2009, a son, Michael James Patterson, weighing 8 pounds, 7 ounces, to Michelle Ada Bell, of Douglas.

• On Oct. 14, 2009, a daughter, Aurelia Trinity Field, weighing 7 pounds, 5 ounces, to Frances Helen and Addison Eldor Field, of Douglas.

• On Oct. 15, 2009, a daughter, Aven Linnaea Talus Heavner, weighing 8 pounds, to Carolyn Elizabeth Talus and Matthew James Heavner, of Juneau.

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Geraldine L. Reetz, 32, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 2, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .093 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Reetz $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Devon J. Wilson, 19, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 7, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .221 percent. District court judge Keith B. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Wilson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 2 years

• Eric M. Gullufsen, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an October 4, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .119 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Gullufsen $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Joshua M. Price, 31, was found guilty for driving while intoxicated, stemming from an October 11, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .117 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Price $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
