• On Oct. 8, 2007, a son, Dylan Spencer Sweet, weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces, to Marian Caroline and Michael Edward Sweet, of Juneau.

• On Oct. 10, 2007, a daughter, Allie Simone Niki Howard, weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces, to Olga Elizabeth Askoak, of Angoon.

• On Oct. 10, 2007, a daughter, MaryJane Florence DeTemple, weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces, to Helen Jolene and Nicholas Alexander DeTemple, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Blake Miller, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .172 percent. District Court Judge Ethan L. Windahl imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Miller $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Paul Thomas, 43, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 10 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .213 percent. Windahl, for John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 180 days in jail with 105 days suspended, fined Thomas $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put her on probation for three years.

• Amber O'Keefe, 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 24 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .203 percent. Windahl, for Sivertsen, imposed 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended, fined O'Keefe $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.

• Daniel M. Trapp, 48, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 26 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .266 percent. Windahl imposed one year in jail with none suspended, fined Trapp $3,000 with none suspended and revoked his license for one year.

• Ruth Rosewarne, 39, was found guilty of driving while intoxicate, stemming from an Oct. 5 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .137 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Rosewarne $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Kevin Niemi, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 15 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .152 percent. Windahl imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Niemi $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
