Art and Writing Competition Open to Grades 7-12

The deadline for submissions to the Alaska regional competition for the National Scholastic Art & Writing Competition is Dec. 6. It is open to students in grades 7 to 12.
Students compete first at the regional level. Those submissions receiving a gold key or American Vision award will be forwarded for the national competition.
Participants and teachers must complete the registration process at http://www.artandwriting.org. All initial submissions of artwork in the Alaska region must be submitted as digital files (CD, DVD or by e-mail at mtsgallery@gmail.com.)
