ANCHORAGE - The woman who says the longtime Calista president and chief executive sexually harassed her has named the Native corporation as a co-defendant in her lawsuit.
The Anchorage Daily News reports Emily Davenport added the Anchorage-based corporation to her lawsuit this month, accusing it of wrongfully terminating her.
Davenport is the former president of a Calista subsidiary, Solstice Advertising. She filed the lawsuit against CEO Matthew Nicolai in August after she was told she would be demoted. She says Nicolai used his position to hurt her after they broke up.
Davenport was fired in September. The Calista board fired Nicolai in early October.
The lawsuit is set for trial next September in Anchorage.
