Panel focuses on death issues
A free panel discussion titled "Spiritual Reflections on Death and Dying" is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 5 at the DIPAC hatchery.
The discussion will focus on ways people seek spiritual comfort in dealing with death, dying and loss. Panelists include Naomie Obie, who will reflect on Jewish faith; Pastor Tim Frego of Auke Bay Bible Church; Sue Ann Lindoff offering a Tlingit perspective; Father Rob Bruschi of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church; Susan Chapman reflecting on the Buddhist faith; and Bishop Michael Warfel from the Diocese of Juneau.
