The supporters of Kim Elton must be getting nervous because they're starting to use dirty campaigning.
First there's Gordon Evans, who suggests that everyone should identify his or her bias before writing a letter to the paper. Come on Gordon. Where was the history of your background and bias? Then there's Fred Gaffney who misstates and jumbles the facts to reach a derogatory conclusion. Multiple choice questionnaires are not the best place to find a thorough and fair discussion of a candidate's views. I suppose we can expect more of this hitting below the belt in the next few days, but be careful and watch out for the stuff flying through the air.
