Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police arrested a 31-year-old man at 5:39 p.m. Wednesday on a state trooper warrant charging him with third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Police cited a 49-year-old man on a trespassing charge at 12:34 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of South Franklin St. downtown.
A purse and wallet were reported stolen at 12:56 p.m. Wednesday from an unlocked Chrysler in the 3100 block of Nowell Avenue near Douglas. Financial loss was estimated at $290.
A cellular telephone was reported stolen at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Glacier Highway downtown.
About 50 compact discs, a checkbook and a bag of tools, with a total value of $750, was reported stolen at 6:32 a.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive near the airport.
A 2.5-gallon box of cooking wine valued at $9 was reported stolen at 7:23 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Egan Drive downtown.
A satellite radio and a case holding 20 CDs were reported stolen at 9 a.m. from an unlocked Toyota Corolla in the 2500 block of David Street near the airport. Financial loss was estimated at $600.
At 9:40 a.m. Thursday, 30 CDs were reported stolen from a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro in the 2500 block of David Street. Financial loss was estimated at $580.
Police cited a 34-year-old woman on a charge of concealing merchandise in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.
At 7:12 a.m. Thursday two tires, one each from a 2005 Ford truck and a 1998 Ford truck, were reported slashed in the 2300 block of Meadow Lane near the airport.
At 7:16 a.m. Thursday, a tire on a 2003 Honda Accord was reported vandalized in the 9600 block of Stikine Street near the airport. A charger for a personal digital audio system also was reported stolen from an unlocked Ford Taurus nearby.
At 11:38 a.m. Thursday, a tire on a 2003 Ford truck was reported damaged by vandals.
At 7:52 a.m. Thursday, two tires were reported slashed on a vehicle in the 2300 block of Meadow Lane.
Bears were reported at 7:53 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Renninger Street in the Lemon Creek area and at 7:54 a.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive in the Lemon Creek area.
