Anchorage man gets four years in prison

JUNEAU - An Anchorage man has been sentenced to four years in a federal prison on drug trafficking conviction.

Johnny De Los Santos Pebenito was sentenced in federal court for controlled substance trafficking and distribution of a controlled substance.

Prosecutors said the 23-year-old Pebenito conspired with his brother Esthepen Pebenito, to distribute more than 50 grams of crack cocaine.

In April, 33-year-old Esthepen Pebenito received a 9-year sentence.
