Every soldier in uniform has sworn to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign or domestic.

Now that our Constitution has been attacked by our domestic enemies in Congress and the White House, I wonder, by taking their orders from our enemies, does this make the members of our armed forces - by definition - enemy combatants?
