Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Theft:

• A 67-year-old man reported at 9:38 a.m. Monday on West 10th Street that someone had stolen a stereo, valued at $249, out of his car.

• A 52-year-old man reported at 12:21 p.m. Sunday the theft of two gas tanks, worth an estimated $300, on the 1400 block of Third St.

Hit-and-run:

A 26-year-old woman reported at 4:31 p.m. Saturday that her 1997 Toyota Camary was hit by another vehicle on Gold Street. Damages were estimated at $300.

Vandalism:

• A 56 year-old woman reported at 9:23 a.m. Monday that someone had slashed a tire of her 1998 Toyota Rav4 in the 9500 block of Glacier Highway.

Calls related to alcohol: 0.

Calls related to domestic violence: 0.

Calls related to animal encounters: 0.
