Bond proposition B would allocate $226.7 million for highway and harbor projects statewide. The money would come from general obligation bonds and Grant Anticipation Revenue Vehicle bonds, or Garvee bonds. The Garvee bonds would be repaid with federal highway funds.

Projects in Southeast Alaska that would receive funding:
Juneau: $7.1 million for Statter Harbor in Auke Bay, Aurora Harbor, Harris Harbor, Douglas Harbor, the North Douglas launch ramp and Taku Harbor.
Sitka: $5.5 million for a phase one upgrade at Sawmill Creek Road. Also includes $2.2 million for Thomas, Crescent and Sealing Cove harbors.
Ketchikan: $3.9 million for Thomas Basin, North Bar Harbor, Hole-in-the-Wall and Knudson Cove harbors, along with Ryus Float. The package also includes $5 million for South Tongass Highway, $600,000 for borough road upgrades, and $1.9 million for North Tongass Highway.
Petersburg: $3.7 million for Middle and South Harbors.
Wrangell: $3.4 million for Standard Harbor, Reliance Float, Inner Harbor Fish and Game Dock, and Shoemaker Harbor.
Yakutat: $526,000 for Yakutat Harbor.
Klawock: $826,000 for the Klawock Harbor and seaplane float.
