Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Geraldine L. Reetz, 32, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 2, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .093 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Reetz $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Devon J. Wilson, 19, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 7, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .221 percent. District court judge Keith B. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Wilson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 2 years

• Eric M. Gullufsen, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an October 4, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .119 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Gullufsen $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Joshua M. Price, 31, was found guilty for driving while intoxicated, stemming from an October 11, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .117 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Price $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Brant Dickinson, 37, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a September 19, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .151 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Dickinson $1,500 with $0 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 1 year.

• Jeffrey L. Osborne, 23, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 19, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content measured at .116 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 100 days in jail with 80 suspended, fined Osborne $3,000 with $0 suspended, revoked his license for 1 year and put him on probation for 2 years.

• George R. Johnson, 26, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an October 14, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content measured at .182 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Johnson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Jeb Phillips, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an October 10, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content measured at .240 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 suspended, fined Phillips $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• James Sweargin, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an October 17, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content measured at .132 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen, Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 suspended, fined Sweargin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Edgardo Ferrer, 53, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 14, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 suspended, fined Ferrer $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
